He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Niemczyk and Margaret Niemczyk (Mavity); his aunts and uncles, Julian, Peggy Niemczyk, Jimmy and Dorothy Mavity; and his cousins, Deb and Pam Mavity.
He is survived by: his former wives, Maureen Devitt and Faye Hall; his daughter Michelle of Arlington, Texas; his former wife Barbara Davis; his wife Dianne Kitchens; his son Mark of San Pablo, California; his stepson James of Saudi Arabia; and his brother Gary of San Francisco, California. He is also survived by several Cousins and many friends.
