She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Thomas and Flossie Thomas (Biddle); her grandparents, Lannie, Bessie Biddle, Jessie and Alto Thomas; and her brothers, Jeffrey L. Taylor, Tommie E. Thomas and Bernard D. Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Alonzo King, Andre King and Aiesha Blate (Darion); her siblings, Edward Taylor of Detroit, James Thomas (Maria) of Clarksville, Demetrius Thomas (Mary) of Clarksville, Donald Thomas of Emerson, Frederick Thomas (Sarah) of Seattle and Jocelyn Green of Kansas City, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Alajah K. of Washington, Zoey Lee King and Daijah Ranee Blate; her aunt Geneva Walker (Lester) of Las Vegas; and her uncle Carnell Thomas (Gloria) of Emerson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Jacqueline earned numerous awards for her efforts while serving as a civil service employee to include the 25-Year Government Service Award and the Army Civil Service Achievement Medal in which she inspected over 36 off post homes and confirmed referral services in a timely manner to over 1, 700 soldiers during the national pandemic.
