She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paskell Cox and Dorothy Cox; her husband Garland Bailey; her children, Gary Bailey, Judy, Mike Bailey, Laura, Elgin, Don Bailey, Barbara, Duncan, Sheryl Tomascruz, Debbie Bailey-Miller and Jim; her grandchildren, J. D., Michael, Rachel, Derrick, Stephanie, Brittany, Chris, Amber, Lex and Kayla; and her brothers, Royce "Deet" Cox and Champ Cox. She was also cherished by 15 great grandchildren.
