He is survived by: his wife Lois Barrett; his children, Jackie Dale Barrett, Jr. (Dalene Barrett), Chris (Katie Chapman), Clayton (Colbie Chapman) and Charlee; his son-in-law Jesse Blankinship of Lawton, OK; his grandchildren, Shelby Zelnicek (Grant), Madison Barrett, Byndon Barrett, Lane Chapman, Tristen Chapman, Josilyn Chapman, Karlee Chapman, Everly Blankinship and Addison Blankinship; and his great grandchildren, Kinslee Jones, Jaxx Zelnicek, Brantlee Zelnicek and Lanxton Zelnicek.
