Jack D. Tyler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack D. Tyler (Lawton, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 16, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Tyler and Naomi N. Tyler; and his stepson Kevin L. Griffee. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his son Jeff D. Tyler; his stepchildren, Regina Logan (Mark), Tina Sorrells, Lawton and Wesley Griffee (Shannon); his brother David C.; his sister-in-law Glynda Tyler; his sister Patricia; his brother-in-law Don Davis; his nephew Theron Tyler; his nieces, Renae Mayfield and Neawana Garrett; and his close friends, John Schackford and Warren Arden. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home (1502 NW Fort Sill Blvd, Lawton, OK 73507). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cameron Baptist Church (2621 SW C Ave, Lawton, OK 73505).
