She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinrich Jäger and Anna Jäger; her husband Henry Shipman, Jr.; her daughter Silke Shipman; her grandson Grant Shipman; and her siblings, Anni Rittinghaus and Manfred Jäger.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannette (Michael Pierce) and Frank (Kelly Shipman); her grandchildren, Kelli Shipman and Caitlin Whitehead (Dale); her great grandchildren, Oliver Grammer, Logan Whitehead and Emersyn Whitehead; her stepgrandson Ryan Marcus; her stepgreat-granddaughter Treyliegh Tibbs-Shipman; her siblings, Trude Müller (Wolfgang) and Klaus Jäger (Maria); and also Gertrude Jäger.
