She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Elbert Shipley and Mary Areba "Reba" Ball; her husband William Lee Rue; her daughter Donna June; her brothers, Charles LeRoy and Harold E Shipley; and her friends, Caroline Guthrie, Marilyn Woodson and Gail Taves.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth James (Damian) of Lawton, OK, James Rue (Becky) of Hutchinson, KS and Carol Luellen (Timothy) of Pineville, MO.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
Roberta has lived with Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer's for the past 13 years.
