He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Cowley and Elsie Cowley (Robertson); his son Howard David; his brothers, Charles Dewayne Cowley and Don Cowley; his son-in-law Pat Hunt; and his great grandchild Gabriel Hunt.
He is survived by: his significant other Willa Helen Schultz; his daughters, Sandy Hunt of Lawton, Janet Tidwell (Ron) of Roff, Kathy Hallmark (Chris) of Sulphur and Tamie Barrett (Jackie) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jay Hunt (Melissa) of Lawton, Clint Hunt (Kayla) of Lawton, Ronna Clark (Luke) of Ada, Ryan Tidwell (Dayla) of Roff, Kristen Moore (Glenn) of Sulphur, Kyle Hallmark (Whytne) of Stratford, Cody Hallmark (Bailey) of Stratford, Calley Campbell (Spencer) of Fargo, Tyler Barrett of Oklahoma City and Taylor Barrett of Yukon, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Madison, Karsyn, Peyton Hunt, Kynlee, Jayda, Huntley, Crew Hunt, Kolbi, Addy Clark, Emma, Easton Tidwell, Reese, Tess, Scout Moore, Brody, Presley, Hattie Hallmark, Silas, Sawyer Hallmark and Clara Campbell; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Cowley. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, masks are required for both portions of the service.
