She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Bohnen and Margaret Bohnen (Bode); and her sister Lucille Peirano. She is survived by: her husband Leon G. Prester; her children, Monica Jorden (Chris) of Salina, Kansas and Mike Prester (Angie) of Salina, Kansas; and her siblings, Sonny Bohnen (Mary Lee) of Wilson, Kansas and Rita Krause (Richard) of Russell, Kansas.

A Memorial has been established with the St. Joseph Cemetery Fund.
