She is survived by: her mother Esperanza Baltierra (Juarez); her children, Regina Jones (Darin) of Pottsville, AR, David Welch (Allyson Wilson) and Richard Foster (Sydney) of Fort Worth, TX; her siblings, Yolanda Blakesley, Hope Baltierra Carter, Tony Baltierra and Freddy Baltierra; her grandchildren, Anthony Dust, Danielle Leach, Amber Leach, Emily Leach, Olivia Welch and David Earl Welch III; and her great grandchildren, Avery Dust, Amaya Dust, EmberLee Driskell and Stanley Rogers.
