He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Weaver and Mary Weaver; his siblings, Elmer Weaver Jr, Earl Weaver, Mildred Sherman and Dorothy Helton; his parents-in-law, John Lindenau and Geneva Lindenau; and his siblings-in-law, Marylee Bohannon and Johnny Lindenau.
He is survived by: his child Mary Jeanette; his wife Joyce Weaver; his daughter Jeanette Lane; his granddaughter Jenna Lane of Lawton; his siblings, Wayne Weaver (Faye) of Panama, OK, Frank Weaver (Judy) of Cameron, OK and Judy Miller of Sunfield, MI; his brothers-in-law, Fred Lindenau of Tulsa, OK and Jim Lindenau (Alice) of Claremore, OK; and also Lance Alston of Lawton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
