He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his son Chamaul Smith of Lawton; his stepchildren, Jacqueline Lee of Oklahoma City and Megale Lee of Lawton; his grandchildren, Jaylen, Marquee, Marie and DeMaury; his sister Roberta Smith of Darlington, SC; his nieces and nephews, Yvvey Smith and Avery Smith; his uncle Samuel Jackson; and his aunt Nancy Jackson.
