He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughters, Jeanette (Dean Douma) and Rita Rhodes; his granddaughter Natasha Fillmore; his great grandchild Memphis; his grandson Gerald Paradise; his great grandchild Maddie; and his grandsons, Nathan (Tania Jackson), Zach Douma (Kanesha Tate) and Josh Douma.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to this church as Harold's final tribute to supporting his church family.
