She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hedges and Lexi Hedges (Blackstone); her son Chad Petersen; and her brothers, Daniel Hedges and Allen Hedges.

She is survived by: her husband Bob Petersen; her daughter Holly; her son-in-law Terry Wells of Lawton, OK; her grandchildren, Bethany (Jarrett Bowling), Ryan (Hannah Wells), Jordan (Taylor Wells), Brooklyn (Tucker Ingle), Abby Petersen, Haylee Wells, Kinsey Wells and Tran Yennhi; and her great grandchildren, Conner, Ethan, Jocelyn, Jentry, Waylon, Lily and Reagan.
