She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra Dvenney of Lawton and Sherry Sims of Lawton; her children, Tommy Shields (Elise) of Lawton and Kimberly James; her stepchildren, Rick Talada, Craig Talada and Jackie Duckett; her grandson Charles Robert James, Jr.; her wife Haley James; her great grandchildren, Cage Michael Smith, Emily Mae Smith, Morgan Renae Smith of Abilene, TX, Ophelia Violet James and Harlow Jean Leslee James of New Orleans; her nieces and nephews, Misty Dawn Kenney, Christy Joy Kenney, Jimmy Don Ingle, Lori Lynn Scott and Chad Allen Strause (Alicia); her significant other Rodney Duckett; and also, Brendan Thomas James (Heather) of New Orleans and Parker Dawes Shields of Lawton. She is also survived by many cousins and great nieces and great nephews.
