He is survived by: his children, Ralph Edwin Cook of Greenville, Richard Maston Cook of Scroggins, Roland Macquain Cook of Colorado and Rebecca Louise Murtha (Cook) of Georgetown; and his siblings, James Randall Cook of Duncan, Leona Mae Baker (Cook) of Duncan and Eleanor LaVerne Couch (Cook) of Duncan. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
