She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther F. Dixon and Bernice Dixon (Norman). She is survived by: her husband Billy Don "Big Bill" Mullins; her children, Keith Mullins (Cindy) of Newcastle, Kelly Mullins of Lawton and Kim Mullins of Lawton; her brothers, Dale Dixon (Sandy) of Mustang and Jason Dixon (Lisa); her grandchildren, Brooke Mullins of Elgin, Chance Mullins (Stacy) of Lawton, Kelsee Mullins of Lawton, Travis McBride (Jeremy), Derrick McBride (Kellie) and Lauren McBride; her great grandchildren, Braisley Mullins, Boston Wilson, MyLee, LynnLee Mullins, Tyler, Braylee Lawson and Mason McBride; and her close friend Lady Bug. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and pet.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home (1502 NW Fort Sill Blvd, Lawton, OK 73507). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Letitia Baptist Church (2606 OK-65, Lawton, OK 73501).
