He is survived by: his wife Janice Parker Howard; his children, Lisa Nicole Howard (Al) of Clinton, NC, Angela Michele Sloan (Damon) of Clinton, NC and Brian Douglas Howard; his grandchildren, Kenneth Kisean Ashley, Donovan Alexander Sloan, Brianna Nacole Hooper, Saalik Register, Alecia Michelle Hooper and Harmony Danielle Sloan; and his brothers-in-law, Ronnie L. Parker (Susan) of Clinton, NC and Eddie D. Parker (Angelia) of Dunn, NC. H. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
