He is survived by: his wife Delores Faye McMillian; his children, Frank V. Moreland of Lawton, OK, Thomas Moreland (Kathryn) of Lawton, OK and Melissa Murillo (Noel Murillo) of Lawton, OK; and his grandchildren, Ashlynn Jones, Anthony Willis, Isabella Willis, Angel Moreland, Stormy Moreland, Ace Moreland and Lilly Moreland. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
