Frank Monroe Horton Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Monroe Horton (Lawton, Oklahoma), born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 11, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph and Lula Alice Horton (Hall); his siblings, Vernal, Clifford, Ira, Harvey, Allen, Melvis Horton, Leo Phipps, Mildred Blackburn, Pearl Pitts and Jewell Colvin; and his stepdaughter Lucinda Demary.

He is survived by: his former spouse Billie Jean Sober; his wife Joyce Demary; his children, Michael Horton (Lainey) of Edmond and Rachel Shockey (Erin) of Hickory Creek; his stepchildren, James Ensey (Cindy) of Missouri, Vonda Clerke (Ed) of Texas, Viki Hesser (Ed) and Vivian Sellers of Lawton; his grandchildren, Wyatt Horton (Katy), Lunden Simpson (Montana), Ryan Shockey, Ky Kougl, Brandon Ensey (Ashley), Rebecca Toeniskoetter (Andrew), Christopher Dunn (LeeAnn), Julie Nering (Jason), Eric Clerke (Jennilee), Eliot Clerke, Quincy White, Krystal Flores (Jon), Bryan Sellers and Stephanie Dunn; his great grandchildren, Michael Ensey, Edward Clerke, Rigel, Rowan Nering and Landon Dunn; and his cousins, Naomi, Mary, Martha and Carol. He is also survived by great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.

Masks and social distancing are required at the church and graveside services.
