He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Armstrong and Julia Manapace Armstrong; and his wife Helen E. Armstrong. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Aikra Matsumura (Paulene) of Norman, Herbert T, Belter Jr. (Meribeth) of Lawton, Peter Caudill (Shoni) of Norman, Carol Nededog of Oklahoma City and Babbette Walker (Billy) of Hugo; his sister June Boyer of Joplin; and his cousin Francie Qualls of Joplin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and close friends.
