With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Everett Patterson Sr. in Lawton, Oklahoma, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on July 20, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Cullins and Althea Guidry (Benoit); his adoptive parents, Josie and Willie R. Patterson Sr.; and his siblings, Willie R Patterson Jr., Larry Gene Cullins, Janis K. Cullins Lindeman, Terrance Trahan, Micheal Trahan and Mark Trahan.
He is survived by: his children, Everett Ray Patterson, Jr. of Lawton, OK, Jana (Arty Pamplin), Laura Hudson of Steinbach and Brandi VanAlphen of Yukon, OK; his siblings, Beverly Gayle Shuffield (Van) of Temple, TX, Sherri Lynn Murrow (Jerry) of Perry, OK, Randall J Trahan (Deborah), Patricia Trahan Guidry, Richard M Trahan (Patsy), Timothy Trahan (Debbie) and William Trahan (Patty); his grandchildren, Brock Finley (Kelcee), Heather Hudson, Conner Hudson and Joel Hudson; his great grandchild Rhett Finley; and his stepmother Jewel Cullins of Katy, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
