It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Gardner in Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James White and Geraldine Nash White; her husband Arthur A. Gardner; her great-grandparent William Nash (Eliza); her grandparents, Willie and Eula Nash (Crossley); and her siblings, Helen M. White Martine, Bertha White Harlan, James White, Jr. and Harold L. White.
She is survived by: her children, Rocky A. Gardner (Debra) of Midwest City, Artherrette (Michael) of Lawton, Jacky L. Gardner (Carol) of Lawton, Gerald of Lawton, Oklahoma, Bonny of Lawton, Oklahoma and Penny Gardner of Lawton, Oklahoma; and her sisters, Yvonne McMorris (late Lawrence) of Lawton, Bobbie Key (late Andrew) of Gary and Zetta White (late Harold) of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great -grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members.
Guests are respectfully asked to wear a mask while in attendance at the family greeting and at the funeral ceremony.
