She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosetta Brown and Robert L. Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Means and Monica Cook; her grandchildren, Rosetta Jean and Octavia Cook; and her nieces and nephews, O'Neal Stephens, John Stephens, Deborah Stephens (Texas) and Paula Packard of New York, NY. She is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
