He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Edward and Alma Brous (Finholm); his former wife Norma O'Brien; his brother Jerry Brous; his sons, Corky Brous and Randy Brous; his granddaughter Rebecca Milligan; his children-in-law, Gloria Brous (Clark) and Frankie Thomason; and his nephew David Edson.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Brous (Genny); his daughters, Jacquetta Milligan (Bill), Vicki Thomason, Kim Rhea and Tammi Gregory (Frank); his daughter-in-law Tammy Jo Brous; his sister-in-law Pat Brous; his nephews, Jim Brous and Dennis Easter (Katey); his niece Sheila Abla Swoap; and also, Vicky Rae Carroll, Kathy Kubinski, Mark Wergin and Melanie Wergin. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren.
