It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dvm Charles Kelsey of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kelsey and Josie Rousek Kelsey; his son Navy; his great grandchild Nathan McBride; and his brothers, Verdun Kelsey and Joe Kelsey.

He is survived by: his wife Sidonia Klock; his daughters, Suzanne Frost (Ron) of Kingston, OK, Cindy Dacus (Steve) of Casper, WY, Barbara Nelson of Colorado Springs, CO, Ellen Jones (David) of Amarillo, TX, Kathy Cain (Bryan) of Lawton and Becky McBride (Shon) of Tulsa; and his daughter-in-law Verna Boller of Dubois, WY. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Thank you so much you are one of a kind. I hope that you get to visit Rainbow Bridge and all of the animals have all new bodies and never have to suffer again .Please strike down the puppy mills and the cruelty to animals.
