He is survived by: his son James Finley (Wendy) of Mountain Park; his son-in-law Alan Ellis of Vevay; his grandchildren, Carrie Paulson of Snyder, Tori Paulson of Dallas, Misty Plant of Oklahoma City and Christian Plant (Alissya) of North Ridgeville; and his siblings, Betty Whitis (Larry) of Elk City, Nina Weston of Boyd and Ricky Finley of Boyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
