He was predeceased by: his parent Betty Loftis (Parish); and his sister Trina Kinder. He is survived by: his wife Becky Loftis; his son Kent Loftis (Megan) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Mason Loftis, Logan Loftis and Hudson Loftis; his sister Sharon Masoner (Roy) of Waurika, Oklahoma; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Kinder of Chattanooga, Oklahoma, Kay Kelly of Waurika and Kim Boren (Tim) of Waurika, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Memorial contribution may be made to the Lung Cancer Association or to the donor's choice in memory of Douglas Loftis.
