She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Monroe and Flossie Monroe (Ladyman); her sister Vada Monroe Harris (Harvey Jenkins); and her daughter Julie Ann Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Jenkins Weber (Mark) of Tulsa and Jim Jenkins (Sharon) of Lawton; her grandchildren, Ryan (Hayley Jenkins) of Elgin, Brent (Adrian Jenkins), Melissa Jenkins of Lawton, John (Ann Weber) and Ben (Natalie Weber); her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Cruz Jenkins of Lawton, Avery, Owen Jenkins of Elgin, Brody, Matthew Weber of Tulsa, Gracyn, Jack and Harvey Weber of Tulsa; and her sister Carolyn Delaney of Warrenton.
