She was predeceased by: her sons, Richard, William "Billy" and James "Jme" Ballard. She is survived by: her sister Patricia (Marion Barton); her children, Dollie (Ivan Martinez), Jerry (Beverly), Regina, Christopher and Patrick (Angela Ballard); her grandchildren, Atim Oli-Edger, Stephanie Ryals, Nadia Miller, Nicholas, Brendan, Christian and Monica Ballard; her husband William Ballard of West Virginia; and her grandsons, Steven Ballard and Richard Miller, Jr.. She is also survived by her 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren's spouses.
