She is survived by: her husband Jerry Womack; her children, Jerry Womack, Jr. (Shelly) of Marlow, Peggy Osborne (Randy) of Comanche and Donna Newton (John); her grandchildren, Samantha, Alexander, Elizabeth, Katlin, Xavier, Keiver and Kendra; her great grandchildren, James and Esme; and her sisters, Linda Tullos of Duncan, Shirley Ferguson (John) of Comanche, Charolette Osborne (Johnny) of Duncan and Pauly Herrin of Duncan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
