It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Fay Smith of Lawton, Oklahoma, born in Freedom, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Wilson (French) and Horace Wilson; and her stepsiblings, Bill, Johnny, Joy, Betty and Sue Knittel.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Donna Fay; her husband Charles Dean Smith (Chick); her daughter Fonda Gentry (Keith) of Edmond; her grandchild Brooke Granger; her children, Beau, Dax, Duke and Zach Gentry (Kelley); her grandchild Crew; her children, Isla and Hope Kastelic (Derek); her grandchild Abe; her child Elliette; and her sister Linda Elwood (Keith) of Edmond. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and many many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mooreland First United Methodist Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
