He is survived by: his children, Ashley Payne of Lawton and Benjamin (Andrea Payne) of San Diego, California; his grandchildren, Faith Payne, Allison Payne, Isaac Payne, Farrah Ford and Wynn Ford; his brother Leonard (Romaine Payne) of Argyle, Texas; and his sister-in-law Jane Payne. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
