He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Johnson (Haataja) and Eino Johnson; and his siblings, Arnold, Williard Johnson, Elaine Donarski, Dorothy Wayne and Grace Giaque.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ortloff Johnson; his children, Jeffrey Johnson (Dina), Janelle Salo (Anthony Loggia) and Joel Johnson; his grandson Tyler (Joy); his great grandchildren, Emelia and Elijah; his grandson Andrew; his great grandchild Brenden; and his grandchildren, Jordan and Cameron.
