It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Allen Blackburn of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Swain, Sr. and Mary Veon; and his brothers, Bill and Larry. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alexa, Hennassey and Josiah; his wife Toni; and his sister Sandy. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
