He is survived by: his wife Rachel Smith; his daughters, Lea Anne Turner (Ryan) of Dallas, Texas and Laura Coleman (Steve J.) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his brother Mark Smith (Susan) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his nephew Brent Smith (Jaymi) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his niece Amy Patrick (Brandon) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Ann Bentley of Fort Myers, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Brennan, Elliot, Evy Turner, Jasper, Cora and Gus Coleman.
