Smith (Lawton, Oklahoma), born in Colony, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Smith and Ethel A. Smith (Dailey). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Patterson; his son Lance T.; his daughter-in-law Candace Smith; his nephews, Shaun Seyler (Sonny) and Scott Smith (Catherine); and his niece Debbie Morris (Rick).
