She was predeceased by: her son Jeremy Jacobs; her parents, Dale Schaffer and Berta Schaffer; and her grandson Baby Jayden Jacobs. She is survived by: her husband Mark Mosal; her daughters, April Schaffer and Tara Jacobs-Taylor (Frank) of Lawton, OK; her grandsons, Jared Jacobs and Joshua Jacobs of Lawton, OK; and her siblings, Barbara Cagle (Rick) of Huntsville, AL, Diana Schaffer of Lawton, OK, Jeanie Wilson of Lawton, OK, Tina Pena (Jesse) of Lawton, OK and Tommy Schaffer of Lawton, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
