She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Byrd and Verannah Byrd (Wilson); her husband Gary Billings; and her sister-in-law Sybille Byrd. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian Keeling, Jr., Emerie Keeling, Suesanna Keeling and Kaydenlee Keeling; and her siblings, Richard Byrd, Michael Byrd, Timothy Byrd (Mariah) of Lawton, Teresa Morlang (Dennis) of Lawton, Sandi Kirkes (Garland), Patricia Poe (Buddy) and Jamie Phelps. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
