He is survived by: his wife Cindy Shifflett; his son Dean Shifflett; his adoptive daughter Tammy Shifflett; his daughters-in-law, Christina and Tiffany; his siblings, Nancy and Mark; his grandchildren, Katlyn, Emily, Noah, Victory, Peyton and Wyatt; and his great grandchild Mathew.
