With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David C. Dugan of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 13, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Margarette; and his children, David and Mary. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
