He is survived by: his wife Sandy Marie Lipscomb; his children, Phyllis Wraggs, Marsha Dove, Karen Lipscomb, Kimberly Lipscomb, Marie, Vincent, Angelina Chavez, Janellza Felton (Ben), Jackie Kennedy (Kenny), Carolyn Hamlin (Chip) and Felizitas Platz (Ralph); and his grandson Gregory Lipscomb (Sharon). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
