He is survived by: his parents, Danny Joe Lively (Toni) and Sharon McCord (Turner); his wife Angie Bailey; his children, MacKenzie Lively (Joshua Briones), Hunter Lively, Madison McLaughlin (Blake), Skylar Lively (Tory Rounds), Bethany Bailey (Jeffrey Mullins) and Brayden Bailey; his grandchildren, Ryder Lively, Braxton Rounds, Haidyn Rounds, Tucker Rounds and Remington Roby; his daughter Beth Lively; his siblings, Jay Lively (Tracie), John Robinson and Lori Williamson (Randall); his aunt Ann; his uncle Pat Mullens; and his stepsisters, Paige Raven (Tony) and Amber Kirksey (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of great friends.
