He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Carr III and Nettie Lou Carr; and his wife Margaret Ann Carr. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Carr V, Rondette Carr, Chastity McCorkle, Fonda Jones, Jevon Butler, Tyrane Patterson, Keyon Cruell and Raymond Straughter; and his siblings, Deacon Jessie Butler, Deacon Leroy Douglas, Barbara Ann Parnell, Ellowees Douglas and Sarah McClellan (Nathaniel McCorkle). He is also survived by grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
