He was predeceased by: his parents, Leotus Edward "Odie" and Johnnie Marie Rollins (Wilson); his son Michael Edward Rollins; and his sister Phyllis Bluntschly. He is survived by: his wife Alicia; his son Phillip Rollins of Oregon; and his stepchildren, Julio Hernandez (Donna) of Lawton, Nixson Pesina (Ann) of Albuquerque, Jennifer Babel (Chadwick) of Geronimo, Diana Cruz (Juan) of Frederick, Leslie Mullins (Jason) of Seattle and Roberta Pesina of Frederick, Oklahoma. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
