He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hise and Flora Hise (Woody); his siblings, Robert (Andrea Rueckel), Leo, Leon Hise, Deedie Austin and Alberta Walker; and his aunt Jackie Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Katharina Ann Allison (Patrick) of Deer Creek and Franklin R. Hise, Jr. (Judy) of Lucas; his grandchildren, Christopher, Samuel, Michaela, John Eliana, Abigail, Elijah Allison, Samantha, Franklin R. Hise, III (Alexa) and Rachel Hise; his sister Eleanor Kirkley (George) of Wagoner; his sister-in-law Sylvia Hise of Broken Arrow; and his brothers, Josef (Ella Kunkel) and Michael (Renate Kunkel). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
