He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughter Annabel Cook; his stepdaughter Robin Whyat Rahna of Lawton; his siblings, Louis Cook of Arizona, Dale Schweikhard of Colorado, Wynona of Colorado and Sharon of Idaho; and his niece Barbara of Wyoming. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
