"Chip" Bates III and Tracy Lay; his brother Ron Baker; his grandchildren, Jonathan Reed (Amanda), Rachel Reed (Tomi), Taryn Bates, Tyler Bates (Alexis), Kristin Bates, Jacob Nigh (Colby) and Jaden Bates; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Jaxson, Stryker, Maverick, Maya and Allece. He is also survived by many other aunts, brother and sisters in law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
