He was predeceased by: his grandfather Herley Cates; his stepfather Buford "Bo" Turner; and his pet Annabelle. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Clark (Bridget) and Cheryl Cates Armstrong (Bob); his daughter Kaitlyn Clark Rutherford (Steven); his grandson Cole; his siblings, Gabbi Clark Long (Michael), Jeremiah Clark (Alexandra) and Jacob Daniel "JD" Clark (Libby Sides); his nieces and nephews, Lillian Long, Hope Clark, Dawn Clark and Layla Bentley; and his grandmother Peggy Cates.
