She is survived by: her parents, Nelda Dorsey (Johnny Olivier) of Patterson, LA and Sanford Edwards of Jeanerette, LA; her grandparents, Joan Rochelle (John) of Berwick, LA, Wilfred and Delores Edwards of Four Corners, LA; her siblings, Ka'Leah Dorsey of Lafayette, LA, Tori Olivier of Patterson, LA, Sanford Edwards, Jr. (Raven) of Jeanerette, LA, Corey Edwards of New Iberia, LA, Saniya Edwards of New Iberia, LA, Tylian Edwards of New Iberia, LA and Santana Edwards of New Iberia, LA; her nephews, Kaiden McGowan and Kannon Wilridge of Lafayette, LA; her aunts and uncles, John Rochelle, Cary Rochelle (Christina), Gary Rochelle (Kimberly), Darrell Edwards, Harold Edwards, Sr. (Nadine), Wilfred Edwards, Jr. (Lisa), Kenneth Edwards, Sr. (Kimberly), Terrance Edwards (Annastacia), Keith Edwards, Sr. (Wendy), Tricia Curtis, Antonia Harris (Walter), Sandra E. Lockett, Veronica Edwards, Latonya Edwards and Patricia E. Sereal (Paul); and her godmother Dr. Luria Shaw Young. She is also survived by close friends and classmates.

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the New Zorah Baptist Church 604 Julia Street Morgan City, LA, from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing).
